Homemade Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fresh lean pork
1/2 Tbsp. dried sage
a little red pepper
3/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Put the pork through meat grinder with the sage, red pepper, black pepper and salt.
Mix well by hand.
When ready to cook, form into patties and fry until cooked through and well browned.
