Chicken Delights - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, skinned and boned (half frozen)
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1 egg white, beaten
    flour or breading
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix butter and cream cheese until blended.
    Slice chicken breasts in thin slices while still half frozen.
    Make small balls out of blended butter and cream cheese.
    Combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Wrap chicken slices around balls (use beaten egg white to help keep together).
    Dip chicken balls in egg whites and then in flour mixture.
    Fry in deep fat until brown and done.
    (If necessary, use more cheese, butter and egg white.)
    Serve warm.
