Chicken Breast Scampi - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. boneless chicken breasts
2 sticks butter or margarine
4 cloves garlic, minced or 1/2 tsp. dried garlic flakes
2 whole scallions, minced or 2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 Tbsp. fresh dill or 1/4 tsp. dried dill
1/2 Tbsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cut chicken breasts into approximately 2 ounce chunks and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
Add garlic, scallions, parsley, dill, oregano, salt and pepper.
Cook on low heat for 2 minutes, then pour the mixture over the chicken.
I always melt the butter and cook the ingredients for 2 minutes in the microwave.
Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Separate chicken pieces and cook for another 10 minutes.
Turn on the broiler to brown chicken for 3 to 4 minutes.
Serve over rice or thin spaghetti.
