Taco Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 pkg. chili seasoning
1 qt. tomatoes
1 can Cheddar soup with 1/3 c. milk or 1/2 lb. melted Velveeta
1/2 c. chopped olives
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed Fritos
2 c. shredded lettuce
tomato wedges
Preparation

Cook beef until brown.
Add garlic salt, chili mix and tomatoes.
Simmer until almost dry.
Dip meat mixture into large serving dish.
Heat soup and milk or Velveeta and spread over meat mixture.
Sprinkle with olives, onions, cheese and Fritos. Garnish with lettuce and tomato wedges.
Serves 10 people.
Can be prepared in 30 minutes.
Serve with favorite rice.
