Corn Custard - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix ingredients as given.
Pour into a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm and lightly browned.
