Lickety-Split Vegetable Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1/2 c. creamy cottage cheese
    1 tsp. dried-onion flakes
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    assortment of carrot and celery sticks, broccoli florets or other veggie dippers that your child will eat
Preparation
    In blender, process yogurt, cottage cheese, onion flakes, garlic powder, dill weed, sugar and salt until creamy.
    Pour into containers; cover and chill overnight to blend flavors.
    Will keep in the refrigerator for several days.
