Macaroni Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 eggs
    1 pt. canned milk (Carnation)
    1 pt. milk
    1 lb. vermicelli
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon extract
    1/2 container citron (optional)
Preparation
    Precook vermicelli for\t5
    minutes;
    cool.
    Beat
    eggs, canned milk, milk, sugar and
    extract.
    Butter
    and flour 13 x 9-inch Pyrex pan.\tPut
    vermicelli
    in
    Pyrex and add liquids. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Delicious as side dish or just dessert.
