Lemon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 lb. plus 1 Tbsp. margarine
2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
19 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. 10x sugar
2 (4 oz.) boxes lemon pudding and pie filling (not instant)
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix flour, margarine and sugar well.
Pat into a 15 x 10-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Beat together cream cheese and 10x sugar.
Put on top of cooled crust.
Prepare two boxes of lemon pudding.
Spread on top of cheese mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.
Top with Cool Whip.
Cut and serve.
