Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 sticks butter
    5 large eggs
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Cream butter and shortening together. Add sugar, a little at a time.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
    Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture alternately with milk.
    Start with flour and end with flour.
    Add vanilla. Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
