7 Minute Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. white Karo syrup
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1/4 c. sugar
2 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Have water boiling in bottom of double boiler.
Place all ingredients in top pan.
Place in bottom pan; reduce heat.
Beat over heat 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and beat 5 more minutes.
