Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. cilantro spice
    1 jar chunky salsa
    1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1/4 c. sliced black olives
Preparation
    Brown chicken in butter.
    Place in oblong Pyrex dish. Sprinkle with cilantro.
    Pour over salsa; sprinkle cheese and olives.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serve with Spanish rice, refried beans and flour tortillas.
