Quick Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 c. commercial sour cream
    5 cloves garlic, crushed, or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    3 (16 oz.) cans French-style green beans, drained
    1 c. saltine cracker crumbs
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 (3 oz.) can French fried onion rings or 1/3 c. toasted sliced almonds
Preparation
    Combine soup, sour cream and garlic.
    Add green beans; stir well.
    Put in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Combine cracker crumbs, cheese and butter; sprinkle on casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Top with French fried onion rings or toasted sliced almonds.
    Bake 10 additional minutes. Yields 10 to 12 servings.
