Low-Fat Spanish Empanadas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6.8 oz. pkg. Spanish rice, cooked as directed
    1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, boiled and chopped
    1 c. shredded fat-free Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 c. chopped black olives
    2 pie crusts *
