Mi Sou - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 potatoes
    3 to 4 carrots
    1 small can Fry Chick
    1 small can bamboo sprouts
    1 small can sliced chestnuts
    1 large onion
    1/2 c. celery
    1 can bean sprouts
    1 pkg. spaghetti noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into French fry shapes.
    Slice carrots.
    Cook potatoes and carrots in skillet in small amount of oil.
    Add Fry Chick, bamboo sprouts, sliced chestnuts and bean sprouts with liquid from cans.
    Simmer on low.
    Saute onion and celery; add to mixture.
    Add cooked spaghetti and 1/4 to 1/2 cup of catsup.
