Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. (fine) chopped salt pork (okay to leave out)
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. milk or skim
    3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    3 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt (can be left out)
    1 c. prepared unseasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix
    together well.
    Bake in 4 x 8-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes or until brown and apart from sides of pan.
    Drain and serve.
    Will serve 6.
