Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe green tomatoes
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. dried bread crumbs
    1/4 c. cooking oil
Preparation
    Cut tomatoes into 1/2-inch slices.
    Dip slices in milk, then in flour, then salt and pepper, then dip in 2 beaten eggs and then finally in bread crumbs.
