Coconut Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 rolls Ritz crackers, crumbled up
    1 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 boxes instant coconut pudding
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 c. toasted coconut
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 c. toasted coconut
Preparation
    Mix crackers with 1 stick of butter and 1 tablespoon of butter. Spread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix pudding with milk and coconut. Add ice cream. Top with Cool Whip; sprinkle coconut on top. Keep cool.
