Peanut Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Karo syrup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. peanuts or pecans
Preparation
-
Cook the first 5 ingredients until soft balls form in cold water.
Remove from heat. Add the peanuts or pecans.
Put back on heat and let form soft ball again.
Stir good.
Pour into buttered muffin pan or drop on wax paper.
Makes about 20 to 24.
