1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 egg, beaten
2/3 c. milk
Preparation

Combine muffin mix and poultry seasoning; add egg and milk, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Pour batter into a well-greased 8-inch square baking dish; bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
