Super Duper Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. water
    2/3 c. shortening
    1 c. hot potato water
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. hot mashed potatoes
    3 well-beaten eggs
    2 c. flour
    6 to 7 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water.
    Stir in next 5 ingredients until dissolved, then cool to lukewarm.
    Add eggs and 2 cups flour.
    When smooth, add 6 to 7 cups flour.
    Knead until smooth. Let raise until double.
    Shape in rolls and raise again.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
