Kota Riganati B(Chicken Oregano) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil or butter
    3 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (4 to 4 1/2 lb.) roasting chicken
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Combine the olive oil, 2 teaspoons of the salt and the lemon juice; rub on chicken, inside and out.
    Place the chicken in a roasting pan.
    Roast in a 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
