Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 c. finely shredded carrots
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    cream cheese frosting
Preparation
    Grease and lightly flour 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or tube pan. Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
