Easter Eggs - Coconut Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
    6 c. 10x sugar
    8 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted over hot water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. coconut
Preparation
    In a large bowl cream butter until light and fluffy.
    Add vanilla and condensed milk.
    Beat until blended.
    Add sugar, 2 cups at a time, blending well after each addition.
    Add coconut and use your hands to blend.
    Shape into eggs.
    Dip in melted chocolate and allow to harden.
