Caramel Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. melted butter
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. dark corn syrup
1/2 tsp. cider vinegar
1/4 c. cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine 1st 4 ingredients.
Boil until bubbly.
Add cream and cook for 1 minute more.
Add vanilla.
Thin with milk or cream if too heavy when cold.
