Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium potato, peeled and boiled
1 onion
1/2 lb. hamburg
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Grind potato and onion together.
Add and mix together hamburg, ground pork, egg, allspice, salt and pepper.
Form into small balls and fry in oil until cooked through.
Remove meatballs from pan.
For gravy, add 2 tablespoons flour to oil and bring to boil.
Add 1 cup water and cook until thick.
(Adjust water for proper thickness.)
Add meatballs to gravy.
