Stressless Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) cabbage, shredded
4 medium carrots, shredded
1 medium green pepper, cut into thin strips
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation

In very large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green pepper and salt.
Cover and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
Drain well.
