Elsie'S Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 large pieces flank steak
    flour
    finely chopped onions
Preparation
    Pierce steak with fork or pound with meat hammer.
    Use soft butter on both sides and cover meat thoroughly.
    Roll steak in flour.
    Spread onions about 1 inch thick on top.
    Place in a large pan with cover (or use foil).
    Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
