Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bag (24 oz.) mixed vegetables
    1 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. oleo
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 large jar pimentos
    1/2 c. chopped green onion tops
    2 c. cubed bread crumbs
    1/4 lb. oleo
Preparation
    Cook mixed vegetables in salted water.
    Drain.
    Blend and cook the next 4 ingredients until smooth.
    Add Cheddar cheese, pimentos and chopped green onion tops.
