Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs and milk. Add dry ingredients and beat well.
Pour half the batter into a hot buttered 9 x 13-inch pan or frypan. Bake until firm on top. Spread fruit, jam or jelly and cranberry sauce on pancake.
Pour rest of batter over top and bake until light brown in a 370\u00b0 oven.
