Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla, separated
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 1/4 lb. cream cheese or 2 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg., softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 pkg. zwieback
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cream together eggs and 1 1/2 cups sugar.
    Then add softened cream cheese and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Beat 20 minutes at medium speed in Mixmaster.
    This is important.
    While beating, roll 1/2 package zwieback into crumbs.
    Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Butter bottom and sides of 9-inch spring-form pan and dust lightly with crumbs.
    Add 1/4 cup margarine to the remaining crumb mixture and moisten.
    Press into bottom only to about 1/4-inch thickness. Pour cream cheese mixture into pan and bake 35 minutes, without looking!!!
    This is also very important.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven.
