Almond Roca - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
3/4 c. blanched almonds, coarsely chopped
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk chocolate chips
Preparation

Melt butter in heavy saucepan over low heat.
Add almonds and sugar.
Increase heat to high and continue cooking, stirring continuously and rapidly until sugar melts and mixture becomes a light tan color.
Almonds may start to pop.
Remove immediately from heat.
