Tamale Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. pork sausage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cans pork and beans
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Scramble sausage in skillet; brown and drain.
    Put 1 tablespoon fat in skillet.
    Add onion.
    Saute until tender.
    Stir in sausage, beans and chili powder.
    Put in a greased, shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
