Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 slices bread, buttered and cubed
    1 1/2 lb. loose sausage, fried, crumbled and drained on paper towel
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 eggs
    2 c. half and half
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Beat 6 eggs.
    Put in half and half, salt and dry mustard. Have a dripping pan and put bread cubes in bottom of pan.
    Put sausage over bread, then cheese.
    Last pour egg mixture over. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
