Seafood Casserole With Macaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, drained or use fresh
    2/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 lb. shell macaroni, cooked
    1 (12 oz.) can crab
    1 (12 oz.) can lobster, frozen
    1/2 lb. shrimp
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Cook onion, green pepper and mushrooms until soft.
    Remove from heat.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir in milk.
    Cook until thickened.
    Add cheese and lemon juice.
    Heat until cheese melts.
    Add mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
    Alternate layers of macaroni, crab, lobster and shrimp in 2 buttered casseroles.
    Pour sauce over casseroles. Sprinkle with parsley.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Casseroles freeze well.
    Yields 20 servings.
