Pan Coating - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. plain flour
1/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. cooking oil

Preparation

Mix well.
Put in small container.
Use when baking cake in pan that has to be greased.
