Ingredients

apples (4 to 5 or more), peeled
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. water

Preparation

Place apples in a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle rest of ingredients over apples.
