Chicken Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    2 cans mushroom soup
    3 c. diced cooked chicken
    1 (7 oz.) can tuna fish
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 1/2 c. cut up celery
    1 can chow mein noodles
    8 oz. can peas (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together and bake in a 2-quart casserole for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
