Praline Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. margarine/butter
    1/2 c. toasted chopped pecans
    1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    2/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    3 eggs
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. bourbon/rum
Preparation
    Prepare and roll out pastry.
    Line a 9-inch pie plate.
    Trim pastry 1/2-inch beyond edge of pie plate.
    Flute edge high.
    Do not prick.
    Line with a double thickness of foil.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
    Remove foil.
    Bake 4 to 5 minutes more or until set and dry.
    Cool.
