Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium size sweet potatoes, grated
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and place in a baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
