Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    sour cream
    1 can milk
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet.
    Drain.
    Add soup and milk.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
    While meat is simmering, prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain.
    Ladle noodles onto plates.
    Add meat mixture.
    Cover with sour cream to taste.
