Cracker Chicken In A Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    3 to 4 c. water
    1 diced onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1 potato in paper thin slices (use potato peeler)
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    flour
    1 potato, diced
Preparation
    Cook all ingredients, except eggs and flour, in pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
    Remove chicken from bone and return to broth.
    Add eggs, then flour to thicken gravy.
    Serve over rice or biscuits.
