Beer Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) beer, at room temperature
    1 egg
Preparation
    Sift flour and sugar together.
    Add beer and egg.
    Don't knead or use metal bowl.
    Dough will be sticky.
    Put in greased loaf pan and let rise 2 hours.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 1 loaf.
