Lemon Angel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add cream of tartar and beat until stiff.
    Add sugar and beat until glossy.
    Grease pie pans.
    Put mixture into pans and shape like crust with a spoon.
    Bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0. Cool.
