Low-Fat Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate
2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 c. pitted prunes
3 Tbsp. water
3 large egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation

In glass measuring cup or small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate on High for 1 minute.
Stir and microwave 30 seconds. Add cocoa and stir until all chocolate is melted.
