Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger or venison
    2 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1 Tbsp. whole or coarsely ground pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and form into 2 loaves. Wrap in foil.
    Let set in refrigerator for 24 hours.
    Unwrap and bake on cookie sheet 1 hour at 300\u00b0, then turn over and bake 30 minutes more.
