Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices white bread, broken into pieces
    1 1/2 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
    3 c. cheese, shredded (sharp)
    2 3/4 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    5 eggs
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place bread in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Shred cheese and place on top of bread. Sprinkle sausage over cheese. Mix 2 1/4 cups milk, mustard and eggs together and pour over casserole. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight.
    Mix the soup with 1/2 cup milk and pour over casserole. Cook 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
