Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. self-rising flour
2/3 c. milk
1 stick butter or margarine
1 (29 oz.) can peaches and syrup
Preparation

Melt butter in large iron skillet. While butter is melting, mix sugar, flour and milk and pour over butter. Dump can of peaches and syrup all in center. Cook at 375\u00b0 until brown on top. Crust will rise to the top. This can also be made in a casserole dish.
