Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cucumbers peeled, cut in half lengthwise, seeded and sliced thin
1/4 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 cloves garlic cut in big chunks
1 tomato seeded, sliced thin
pinch paprika
Preparation

Layer the cucumber slices on paper towels.
Put a heavy plate on the cucumber to take the excess water out of the cucumbers, about 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, add all the ingredient except paprika.
Mix well and add the cucumber slices.
Chill overnight. Before serving sprinkle paprika over.
Take out the garlic chunks. Can be doubled or tripled.
