Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

desired size brisket
1 c. strong brewed coffee
1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
Preparation

Trim excess fat from brisket.
Punch holes in brisket and place in roasting pan.
Pour coffee over brisket and add Lipton onion soup mix over brisket.
Wrap tightly in foil.
Cook for 5 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
When cooked, remove from oven.
Cool and slice.
Place in baking dish.
Pour barbecue sauce over it and bake 1 hour.
