Onion Rings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 large onions
    2 c. flour
    cooking oil
Preparation
    Slice onions and separate into rings.
    Cover with buttermilk and allow to stand for 1 hour.
    Put flour in a plastic paper bag. Add onions in bag and shake until onion rings are coated with flour.
    Fry in hot grease.
    Drain on paper towel.
